Installation of PDF Maker for vtiger 7 – step 3 For successfully completing the installation is neccesary download mPDF library into PDFMaker module from external storage place, because mpdf.zip is over 2MB and many customers has MAXUPLOADSIZE set to 2 MB (webhosting) so we have make available download it from our server. I'm new on Vtiger CRM: I am looking for a book / user manual. Books for versions 5.x can serve this purpose? Anyone know if there is already a manual (beginner) to version 6.2.0? Nowhere on the vtiger site can i find a download for customer portal beyond 5.1 - i have found one or two references to customer portal having been rolled into vtiger source for 5.2/5.2.1 and thus it appears there is no download sepecifically for it anymore?   been waiting for this, bought the ebook..had a brief look through and seems well presented & written. Will be useful for system admins and more technical general users.

  Bought the ebook. It did not disappoint. It's a good reference with clear explanation of all fields, features and settings.
  The book would get even better if it were to present more case like business solutions and best practices.

  I bought the book, but it doesn't help a lot.
  I installed the latest vtiger version 6.2 on server, but I don't know how to setup the cronjobs correctly, the wiki page for this is too old.
  I visited setting->scheduler, but the last scan started and last scan ended columns are empty.
  And the portal url is http://vtiger.com/customerportal, how can we change it??

  Hi Team ,
  I need one help.
  I given the PRIVATE permission for one particular user .But now i can't create new leads in that particular user and i don't want (create ,edit,delete ) only i need private permission in that i need to create NEW LEAD .
  Please help on that .Because this option is very important to our process.
